In My Mailbox #13

The Story Siren hosts this feature and I end up adding a ton of books to my wishlist every week.

All my IMM posts can be found here!

Thanks to Bookmooch, I have 3 new (old) books as I try to reconstruct the collection I had as a kid!Hello to three books in the Windswept series from back in the eatly 80s!

There are 30 books in all, and I know I didn't own all of them. I remember one distinctly, but I can't recall the title and trying to find summaries online for these books is hard. I know I had The House of Three Sisters, because the cover is familiar. I have the entire series on my Bookmooch wishlist right now, but most people don't ship to Canada. Alas.

Windswept titles are teen books with both romance (generally) and thriller! Lots of gothic mansions and ghosts and just fun. Or at least I thought they were when I was a teen! Heck, even younger. I think I started reading these at the age of 11 or so, when I was allowed in the "older kids" section of my elementary school library. Heh.Ok, well, now I am seriously behind in all my IMM readings and generally I have this posted and ready to go at midnight, except my plans were thwarted by a huge skunk in the yard last night and since then we've been bathing one of two dogs (who didn't get sprayed, though caught the mist of the spray and is slightly skunky). Oh, joy!
